Drawing from a family legacy in coir that dates back to 1932, Mr. John Paul played a pivotal role in expanding international operations, strengthening global client relationships and advancing the manufacture of value-added coir products.

The AGRO BROS Legacy
Origins of the AGRO BROS Group
The roots of the AGRO BROS legacy trace back to 1932, when the family entered the coir trade under the leadership of Mr. K. J. Paul, the original founder of the business.
At a time when coir was primarily a traditional cottage industry, Mr. K. J. Paul laid the foundation for organised coir processing and trade, guided by values of integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships. His early efforts established the family’s reputation in natural fibre products and set the stage for future growth.
Second Generation Leadership
The business was later strengthened and expanded under the leadership of Mr. K. P. John (B.Com, F.C.A.), son of the founder, who brought professional management practices and financial discipline to the group.
Under his stewardship, the enterprise evolved into a more structured and export-oriented operation, building credibility with international buyers and laying a strong operational foundation for the next generation.

Late Mr. John Paul
The most significant phase of growth and international expansion of the AGRO BROS group took place under the leadership of Late Mr. John Paul, the next generation entrepreneur with deep hands-on experience in coir manufacturing and exports.
He played a pivotal role in:

With a clear entrepreneurial vision and a desire to build a focused, agile enterprise, Mr. John Paul independently founded AGRO BROTHERS COIR COMPANY in 1996, as a distinct business dedicated to specialised coir and natural fibre solutions. We now maintain strong associations with leading companies across the USA, UK, Europe, South Africa and Australia- reinforcing our global presence and long-standing international partnerships.
